This exercise is meant to encourage discussion on the accuracy and consequences of facial recognition and identification. You may want to expand your window for better viewing.
Directions: This exercise consists of 10 facial recognition activities. In each activity, a grouping of faces will briefly appear. You will then see a single face that may or may not have been present in the grouping. Consider whether or not you saw the face in the grouping, then press a button saying Yes or No. You will receive feedback letting you know whether or not you were right.
When you are finished with the exercise, you will receive a score. This score will not count toward your grade. You may repeat the exercise as many times as you like.
