Our study of intermediate algebra now takes us to the fundamentally important concepts involved in solving real-world problems using equations and inequalities. In this module, we focus on problem-solving strategies used to solve linear equations and show how to apply the steps for problem solving. In our study of inequalities, we show how to represent our solutions by using interval notation.
